Let me share with you the precautions for using electric hydraulic wrenches~After all, this industrial tool still needs to be used with caution, safety comes first! Hurry up and code!

Firstly, checking before use is extremely important!

one ️⃣  Whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements, do not use the wrong voltage!

two ️⃣  Is the hydraulic oil level sufficient, are there any leaks in the oil circuit, are the hoses damaged, and are the joints tight!

three ️⃣  Is the wrench loose and are the accessories intact, such as square heads and oil cylinders? If there are any problems, do not use it forcefully!

When operating, pay attention to these:

one ️⃣  Choose the right sleeve! It must be matched with the bolt size, otherwise slipping is very dangerous and it is easy to damage the bolt and wrench.

two ️⃣  Align the wrench and bolt vertically, do not use them at an angle, otherwise it may cause uneven loading, damage the equipment or harm oneself.

three ️⃣  Before starting, let it idle for a while and listen for any abnormal noise. If everything feels fine, then start working officially.

four ️⃣  When working, do not touch rotating parts such as square heads and oil cylinders with your hands to prevent them from being pinched.

five ️⃣  Follow the instructions and do not adjust the pressure blindly. Excessive pressure may damage the bolts or overload the wrench.

Small details in use:

one ️⃣  Keep the work area clean and avoid stacking things, otherwise it may be inconvenient to operate and even cause tripping.

two ️⃣  Pay attention to ventilation! Electric tools generate heat during operation, especially hydraulic systems. Do not use them continuously for long periods of time, and give them some rest time to avoid overheating and damage.

three ️⃣  If you notice any abnormal noise, vibration, or oil leakage from the wrench, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Don't just make do with it, as minor issues can escalate into major problems.

Also, you can't just ignore it after use!

one ️⃣  Turn off the power, clean the wrench thoroughly, especially oil and dust, keep the tool clean, and extend its service life.

two ️⃣  If possible, apply a layer of rust proof oil to the wrench and store it in a dry place to prevent it from getting damp and rusting.

three ️⃣  Put away the tools and don't let children or unrelated people touch them. Safety comes first!
